Through a rigorous three-phase collaborative process, we design microschools that center learner needs, community partnership, and educational innovation to create schools where every learner can thrive.

Designed in Community
Microschools can be designed anywhere, but this collective experience was unique. The diversity of perspectives, the intellectual rigor of collaborative iteration, and the authentic support between teams created something more powerful than any single school could achieve alone.
Hearing from the other district teams not only validated some ideas, but put many ideas in a new light. Continued opportunities to work between such a diversity of sites would be very rewarding.
